4:20, Eyyyyyy I know that. I did that many years ago! Pretty sure thats the Green Belt form thing in Taekwondo. I made it up to the first level of Black Belt so its totally possible its a different color but I know thats a Taekwondo form. Thats crazy not only that the form hasnt changed all these years but that I learned the same form in America.
