Here's what I discovered with my Sram deck. I have Puresteel and Bloodforged battle axe work too well together, not only because of the metalcraft effect, but his other ability which draws you a card whenever an equipment comes into play for you. A fierce combo for sure

I love how fast the pace is on these videos. All the dross is cut out, but you still manage to inject the right amount of humor. If I want to see a card up close, I can pause (because you put enough of a time window of the card being enlarged). You've got this down to a science, and I can't wait for the next video.

About the Hapatra combo, you forgot to mention you need two 1-toughness creatures (which Hapatra should easily provide you) in addition to the pieces you mentioned above.

Love your videos, but figured i should point out that you can't activate abilities while cursed by overwhelming splendor, which includes equipment. i know it didn't affect the game much, but just for future knowledge. ;)

Great vid! I think some things might have been missed with the splendor though, it removes all abilities, which includes temmet's triggered one. Also if you want the abilities from any equipment you have to equip them again so they have newer timestamps.

im late as eff on this vid, but Blood-forged Battleaxe is nuts with Sigarda's aid out. start strapping them to a healer's hawk, and that little one drop gets real scary real quick.

overwhelming splendor makes it so you can't activate most abilities, so you couldn't equip the battleaxes onto temmet. not that it mattered :)

I know this video is older, but I am going back through and watching them. I just wanted to let you know that when your opponents are attacking each other you can use the Duelist Heritage trigger on their creatures, causing them to do more damage to each other. It’s a fun political move to do and can get you an ally.

Doesn't the combo only work on nontoken creatures, since it specifies "put into a graveyard from play" rather than "dies"? Hepatra only creates token creatures, so I'm confused as to how that works...

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hapatra could just gain infinite life with authority on the field by representing the infinite loop draining Rob. Rob would never actually take damage, but hapatra player would still gain infinite life

So, because of how Jon's combo worked, he kept killing a creature to have a new one come in. This meant that Rob would gain life from the Authority each time Jon cycled through, so even if he had targeted Rob he could never have killed him as whatever Rob had just lost he would get it back immediately.

Jon is playin Ammit Eternal wrong, he wouldn’t get snakes from Hapatra because HE didn’t put the -1/-1s on Ammit Eternal, they are just put there. Hapatra gives you snakes only if YOU put -1/-1s on a creature
