Torrid zone is the other name of tropical zone(i.e. the zone that lies between tropic of cancer & tropic of capricorn) & after that in both hemispheres is temperate zone (i.e. from 23.5°N to 66.5°N & 23.5°S to 66.5° S) & after that frigid zone (i.e. from 66.5°N to north pole & 66.5°S to south pole)
