i am not that old and had a wierd residual limb so no real tibial lenght, but knee joint, ried and ice ross liner but here in australia it sweated too much so i was left with an AK socket that stopped my own knee bending then relied on waist belt and shoulder harness to hold it on. so very heavy i no longer wear a leg as i have ms too but i look longingly at what is avaialble these days
