Religious institutions should as accountable as government, priests staff should be elected by voting, all hindhus should be allowed without discrimination, all caste of hindhu religion should be allowed to study veda, text , Upanishads, etc Religious text should be discussed and bebated in open society with logic reasiong like dayanand saraswati,Raja Ram Mohan roy , Swami Vivekananda, did and also more importantly they should reform and reject the weakness .

Temple priests should only be held by Brahmins as is tradition. The custody of the priesthood of these temples were given to Brahmin families by the kings of the ancient past. Who is the state to interfere in matters of Dharma? Brahmins are the upholders of the Vedas and Dharma. Other non-priestly jobs within the temple jurisdiction can be open for other Hindus ONLY. As far as entry inside the temples, within the compound, the Dharmashatras does allow mlecchas into certain areas but when it comes to the inner sanctum or garbhagriha, only the servitors of the temple (who are Brahmins) are allowed. Other non servitor Brahmins as well as the common masses can adore and worship the deity from the inner compound adjoining the garbhagriha. This is called "Darshan" (Or to see), a privilege only accorded to Hindus and not non Hindus and mlecchas. "Secular" law cannot be enforced in matters of temple management and administration where only the Vedas, Dharma and the Dharmashastras are held supreme.

80 % of the country is Hindu. Are you suggesting any Hindu who sets up an institute and then claim is as a religious institution can bar entry to non-Hindus. Didn't the British have this kind of rule where Indians were excluded and treated as 2nd class citizens. Its shocking people are celebrating this move. Welcoming 2025 with apartheid. Even Christian institutes do not have exclusion criteria for non-Christians, and one wonders why people are converting to the religion en masse.

It is the correct action that the High Court has taken. All appointments in temple and connected affairs only Hindus should be appointed. In other communities there are only their religion and cats only. Why Hindus only compelled for appointments other than their casts in temple affairs and other institutions.

@@chatcricket1405😂 anyone can become a priest according to the Varna system. But when you go through the caste system, the majority of the Brahmins are only the upholders of Vedas and are vegetarian. When the two conditions which I told you are held with dignity, anyone of caste can become. And also the person must leave his job. The people who do not know Vedas and are not vegetarians and cannot become priests in the strict regulations and cannot be modified according to anyone's understanding. And when you ask some temples to follow the non-vegetarian people to become priests, it is the day which type of culture is called as kola chara and vamachara paddhati. Most of the temples follow the Dakshinachara and Veda Chara, which include satvik.

There should be no discrimination based on caste system in those institutions, all Hindu should get equal education, they should get more knowledge of Hinduism and its culture. Remove caste discrimination permanently, also they they should build health care centres,do consusion for Hindu like CMC Vellore did.

@@stormshadow5283 that's my point is, not opposing with you,a general person who has loyal to Hindism should become priest to new temple's.after he completely learned Vedas and shastras, temple agamam who has qualified to do priest job, any one can become Brahmin by learning Hindu scriptures and his sincere towards faith, thus it may give empowerment to general people and increase faith in their surroundings, and many reforms should be taken to strengthen Hinduism, else we I'll loose counts become a mainority. This is sad truth, things need to be implemented to strengthen Hindu brotherhood,in and out of the country.

CMC Vellore has non-Christian staff as well. St John's Medical college in Bangalore has many Hindu doctors as heads of departments. But here there is a complete ban on non-Hindus for posts in institutions with temple funds. Its honestly a bad ruling given that it excludes people with talent who might come from a different religious background. Concessions can be given to Hindus, but others should not be completely excluded, as it risks dividing our society and further isolates people of different faiths.

@@alileevil iam not against any religion. They might have given this but, they expected same from since Christian missionaries came to India they used it's service platform as a religious extension platform, school, hospital etc. I have literally seen it,it's morally wrong to use vulnerable people as a advantage to spread religion. More problems has we seen in religious places where other religion people came and used their job to spread their religion, problem comes here, when it ment to serve its sole purpose employees should do they duty without any intension,in tirupati sv university hod's preaching Gospels to their students how it will be tolerated, that too it's running in temple funds, more scenarios are there, it's other religion should realise they shouldn't do it, hence problem solved. People are obsessed with religion.thats why it's create boundaries.in Hindu institutions importance should given to Hindus, it's government duty to provide good health care not a religious institutions,if u think so we failed to get our rights, religion can't be responsible for education and health care but mandatory for government. Already people are divided into religion and language only way to unite them is on government not on religious institutions. Hope you get the point.

@@karthikkumar5822 I am not saying Hindus aren't smart. It has to do with rejecting people with talent. With the ruling, a person like Kalam would be ignored.
