No. It does not transfer like that. You have to manually share the playlist with yourself or manually put it in.

You don't "upload" songs. You manually put them in.

Has the tuner been removed? Can't find it in my app, I'm using android.

I don't believe the Android has the Tuner option. I have an android with Tempo on it and it doesn't seem to be an option. However, TE Tuner has a Tuner with a Metronome option.
