Hello sir, Thank you for this video, Excuse my silly question, I know it should be obvious, but is the Historical Rate the rate at 1/1? or is it the rate of purchase of the Fixed Asset?

Historical would be the rate at 1/1

this is scenario 2 Niagara Falls at Canadian side. parent company is US company, sub is in Canada. your revenue, a/r, supply etc, all of this use USD. your functional currency is USD. that means on your B/S and I/S all is present in USD. why does it need to remeasure?
