Video is hard to follow. '"What area of the boat is this" I kept asking myself. Dump the sh*tty computerized music and have an agent narrate for the video. It would be much more effective.

If you have troubles navigating your way around 400 sqft of a very standardized boat layout maybe the music is the least of your problems. That being said the music is total ass and a narrative from the broker might have been an improvement.
