I have one of these frames and I love it.Helps me fall back asleep if I wake up to early, like a baby.

This is my favorite base. So many features. It's like having a wellness center in my bedroom. I turn on the "sound mode" and sync my phone to the base then activate the massage features. I have a Spotify playlist called "Relaxing Massage" and play this track called Submerged. I have mine on a LuxeBreeze Soft and feel like that combo really brings out all the features and benefits of the base. I have a bad lower back and sciatic nerve pain that flairs up on me. I like having the lumbar support ability but feel the zero gravity is the best way to target the pain. I elevate my legs real high and just slightly elevate my head... that is my sweat spot. I naturally want to sleep on my stomach but I've found that I can sleep perfectly fine on my back with this set up. My friend convinced me to get it... I was debating on the Stearns and Foster Reserve but after laying in the two I found the Tempur to be better for my back and it felt better with all the massage features. I sleep like a baby in a cradle haha I love this thing!

Sort of... Most mattresses are compatible. An all foam type mattress is fine and so is an innerspring mattress as long as it has individual pocketed coils. If the coils are all connected it will cause an issue. If you have any questions or are uncertain I can let you know, just let me know what kind of mattress you are thinking about or what kind you have now.

They don't need to go with another frame, but some people may prefer the way they look set inside a different frame.

These adjustable bases are built to fit inside of your bedframe. So if you have something with headboard/footboard where you mattress sits on top of the slats you can still use a base like this. You can actually take of the legs completely and rest the base on top of the slats! It will still adjust. Otherwise you can remove the slats from the bedframe and place the adjustable base inside and adjust the height of the legs to match the height of your bed frame. Hope this helps

HELLO! It seems that after the hurricane and we had a few electrical spikes our RichMat adjustable bed stopped working! Is there a simple test to determine that either the Remote is not paired to the system or tthe controller burnt out? Also we never had the 9-volt batteries inside the other box since we bought it and it worked perfectly up until the power outage What are your thoughts?

HELLO! My adjustable bed stopped working kind of stuck in upright position and no massage change the batteries on the remote old buttons light up! I contacted OJ Commerce who I believe is the Importer from where these adjustable beds are made in China! They go by the brand name of Naomi but inside the remote it says RichMat! OJ Commerce who I originally parched the bed frame from could not help me could not answer any of my questions and basically just blew me off I tried your Technique to determine how to get my remote to connect again to my adjustable bed frame however I suspect that the control box could be malfunctioning! I am a DIY person and I have made up my mind to repair this myself! Can you please forward me with any information going down the diagnostic trouble tree so I can determine why it's not working and if I need parts where I can obtain them from and close to some pictures of the information of the parts best I can! Any advice you could give me will be certainly appreciated Sir!

So I have asked maybe 5 different employees at different mattress stores about the split frame because a friend of mine said he did the same two years ago. They all say the split frame gets returned a lot. Like a lot a lot. One guy told me “most of the time”. While it is logical, nobody wants to lose thing down the crack of the bed and people hate the weird sheets. I purchase me 2nd one on Tuesday and almost got the split. Ask about it. I think sales may convince you it’s not worth the risk.

I was so excited about this investment. HOWEVER…. The “massage” and the “frequency” features are soooo loud. It was so quiet in the store, but no way I could ever go to sleep with that… they even changed out the first one… second one just as loud. Very disappointed for the price….
