good training video except for compression rate. even though cpr specifically its not being tested, for demonstration purposes, the compressors rate is too fast , as per AHA standards, compressions are to be delivered at a rate of 100-120 per min and delivered in no less than 15 nor more than 18 seconds. Hes completing a cycle of 30 in apprx 11 seconds which would be in delivery range of 140 compressions per minute if u add a two second pause for two ventilations

Yes I agree, also the faster the chest compressions the shawower they become...therefore sending less blood to the brain, and heart.

Thought the same thing, so I timed him at 10.9 sec. That rate comes out to almost 170 compressions per min.

I thought 2 person CPR ratio was 15:2

no thats for Pediatric cpr for two person. otherwise 30:2 for one person pediatric CPR> > Of course , this is adult CPR so always 30:2 ratio. Unless its an intubated patient, the its continuous CPR and a breath every 5-6 seconds.

@@christianuy5791 per aha /acls its every 6-8 sec for advanced airway. 5-6 for non-advanced (eg. oral/nasal airway)

Why are you teaching such a fast rate of compressions?
