Hi Angela, the chair looks great. But the cup holders should pop out with a little force. They are designed to be removed for cleaning. So you can take them out then put them over the fabric to make it look better. Have a nice weekend.

Angela, you might be able to pull the cup holder insert out of the chair and place it over the hole you cut, and fit it right back into the holder over the chair cover you just put on. You might have to hot glue it in place.I hope that makes sense.❤

Oh that chair cover looks great. I had two chairs like his and both peeled so bad was always sweeping up the mess finally got rid of them got a new on. Probably need another new one. But since I have no husband now didn't get two. I ordered a cover for my loves eat my furbabies keep messing up. Hope it fits and works well. Jamie looks nice in that Chair. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Feel better Angela. The way you can get down and up off the floor is what is impressing to me😮 I am 54 and do a lot of grunting a groaning and slow-moving getting up😅. You are awesome! I was a health aide for 25 years and now a massage therapist for hospice for 7, so that definitely broke my body down!

Someone has been a naughty naught girl, if she has a flat stocking on Christmas morning, not even a lump of coal. 🤣 Angela, back in the 60's - 70''s my parents couldn't afford leather furniture. We had nice fabric upholstered furniture, and my Dad had a faux leather recliner in the style of the day, upholstered in Naugahyde - Do you remember Naugahyde? That darned stuff wore like iron. No peeling at all.

Hey folks~ you may still want to do a quick whip stitch or something around those cup holder holes you made. Only mention it because we've had that same fabric & it did not fray so much as it developed a bunch or "runs" & snags, like a pair of pantyhose would~ sort of. The runs then went down the entire arm & side of the cover, so just a word to the wise. I would use some soft type of thread or maybe even baste tape the edges of those cup holes somehow? Besides that, wow~ love, Love, lOVE how it looks! Makes it brand new, for sure~ well done sweet wife of Jamie

The arm covers could probably be switched and just put the front part in the back. The dont look like they had a front and back and the picket can go on the other side(well…before you cut a hole in it 😂)
