Those metal defrosters were built into the counters in a lot of the houses that were built in the 50's around here. They were used for eveything, defrosting, cutting boards, to set you coffee pot or kettle on. It was so weird when we looked at houses a lot of them were placed between the sink and the coffee maker or the sink and stove. Hope the sound dampeners help. I understand your disappointment in the pin, that is nuts! Thanks for the haul. Hope you have a great weekend!

Hi April you look great that was a great End of the week Temu haul. Don't feel too bummed out about some of your products, that's happened to all us. Sometimes with Temu that happens. One time I ordered something from them and it turned out to be smaller than what they gave in the Description, I was just sitting there saying to myself you've got to be kidding me, but I liked it so I kept it. I love the idea of the defrost plate and putting spices on the meat while you defrost!! I know what you’re talking about with the groves! We have a bunch for my step daughter’s room because she played guitar when she lived here. It looks like an egg container. Ours are thicker and more egg carton looking. lol! I don’t know the term either. lol! It’s a shame that someone isn’t grateful enough to have a place to stay considering that person’s story as to how they came to live with you guys. What is that saying… “Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth”. I hope the soundproofing works. If it’s not been a problem up until this point having to do something about your fan now is a bummer. You’re so sweet to go out of your way to please others!

Hi Beautiful, The pin & purse are big disappointments😬. I received my Temu order today. 1 item was missing. THREE pairs of evenings came NOT together...yup, received the French hook, decorative dangling piece & round piece to attach decorative piece to ear wire in separate pieces! I broke an ear wire when trying to attach. Two pairs of earrings came w/ only 1 plastic safety piece. Do we have to purchase jewelry pliers now and put together Temu earrings that are French hook styles. I am soooo angry. I risked ordering the 4 piece oriental instrument magnets. The plain gray poly/elastic top came has one sleeve sewn together so it cannot be worn and there is no way to take it apart to fix without screwing up lots of stitching. Looks like Temu now expects us to sew the clothes we now receive too! I took a risk & ordered the set of 4 oriental instrument magnets & surprisingly I received 4 different magnets. They are very nice, but the photo on website looked like the strings were 3D but they are just flat. Hope you sent your set of 4 identical ones back. Time for me to take a deep breath while our dinner pizza bakes in the oven. Think I'll pour myself a glass of wine while it's cooking. Ciao, ciao for now❤❤❤
