I'm doing intermittent fasting and have lost 20 lbs, but I've plateaued and need to either extend my fast of 14 hours or eat less carbs especially. I can do so much more now that I lost that weight. Good luck to your brother. It takes some time to get used to the fasting, but if you eat a lot of protein that helps to keep you satisfied.

Lucille Ball was very pretty! I recently saw a picture of Lucy and Desi Arnaz and they're both totally grey and I felt so sad thinking about how old they are now and I loved watching Here's Lucy as a kid and how much i loved seeing her kids on the show! The hardest part of getting old is seeing everyone you love passing away. Loved Jamie's shirt! He'll look very nice in it. It's probably 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 dollars! 😂 Love Trevor's classroom couch! ❤️
