I’ve ordered several baby girl onesies and rompers for my great granddaughter and everything has been good quality and fit well. Great place to buy baby clothes inexpensively. I haven’t tried any on my reborn babies. 💜🙏🏻

3 Months 56-62 cm; 3-6 Months 62-68cm ; 6-9 Months 66-74cm. Most reborn toddlers are 23-26", so 0-3mo (62cm) works for them. For example, my Benjamin wears 0-3mo. You can put 62cm on a bigger newborn, but it will be very baggy. Your puppy outfit says 66 - so it's for 6-9 mo.

Probably not going to see the true size and shape until they are washed and dried. They won’t fluff up and have their true look. They put stuff on clothes that needs to be washed off before use.
