I use castor oil too. Eyelashes, sore knees, ankles. I use it for lots of issues. I found the red heart dangle earrings. So cute! I just ordered a mask. $24.78 I'm not a very patient person. Lol Love your nails That hat is you!

You will love that mask. Now when you use it with your castor oil only use the oil on your face nothing else. I watched a video about how the castor oil helps the light penetrate but only castor oil. Apparently they have been doing tons of studies about it!

Mitchell, I was watching this about the red light mask. I ordered one and that thing nearly killed my face from the hardness and did not know how to make it work so I sent it back. Are you still pleased with it? I really enjoy your channel.

Yes did you order the one with the pegs?? If so take them out and just put like a small was cloth on ur forehead to keep it off your face.

For the light mask, should you use it on bare face or should you use moisturizer or serum ??

Bare skin. You can use cold pressed organic castor oil, but nothing else otherwise you will block the light rays if that makes sense.

Yes! I’ve learned in all my years, to start planning other things to “look forward too” in the weeks following Xmas… especially the first/second week of January, as it’s the biggest winter blues time for myself and so many others and it’s because we had a huge climax for weeks, scheduling and routine has been changed up here n there and then boom, it’s like we’re supposed to adjust to normal life again n an instant and it can be challenging for alot of us. I have to have a slow an easy transition back down
