Exactly! Age is just a number, act and dress however you like. I just turned 50 and I definitely don't dress according to others my age. I really liked the black dress she didn't like. Wear whatever you want as long as you're comfortable with it and you're not dressing for someone else.

Oh girl!! I'm 51, and I rock the platform Chucks. It took me a little while to not feel so Frankensteiny... (is that a word) in them. They do look really cute on you. The white ones looked fantastic. You're never too old for Chucks.. Another fantastic video!!❤❤❤❤

Diamond painting kits...Temu is a great source for very affordable diamond art kits. I have ordered several of them. I have a 32 year old daughter who has special needs and she has discovered diamond art. She loves it! As for the orange mat with the 4 green trays... it is so you can have several colors of beads at your disposal at once. The little "punch out" spots behind the trays is to stick the bead containers into. They are coordinated with the trays so you can refill the tray and also see which color (number/letter/symbol) is in each tray. The downside to using the orange mat is that there is more of a change of catching the mat with your shirt sleeve or hand and spilling the beads out. You have to place it behind your canvas so you can't knock into it. I also use one of the slip grip mats underneath it so it doesn't slide.

I bought several pair of pants that were bell bottomed and long I loved them and just simply went to the tailor shop and had them hemmed and they were great. Plus you are NOT too old ! I am 54 and you wear what you’re happy in not what someone tells you , your only as old as you feel. 💜

...but the EARRINGS!! Yes, back in the '80s - I'm 65 - one long earring was a thing. I had one that I made that was so long I could toss it back over my shoulder AND IT WOULD STAY! I remember hearing an interview with Cyndi Lauper and she was asked about all her earrings... her response was something to the effect of, "Yeah, just so they sorta match". 😂🤣🤣😂 Greetings from the southern California desert, MK 😁🌵😁

Hi Misty. Watching you for about a week or two now. Getting used to your uniqueness and craziness. What I think I love most is your opening of your videos with you and your Kewpie doll with his/her own tiny glasses. I want a kewpie and see them everywhere. I try not to collect things, but it just keeps happening. I used to collect Wizard of Oz memorabilia and have some nice pieces. Family and friends try to get me Wizard of Oz stuff as gifts. Lately my son introduced me to Hello Kitty for the past year or two. He married someone from China who is adorable but Kitty is adorable and has lots more things to buy, like the toaster. Always wanted the toaster, but it's damn expensive! so I have to tell you, I saw a gal online a few weeks ago and don't know her name but she is a Temu person too. I never laughed so hard as when she ordered her fried egg earrings and her mini dentures earrings. I look forward to the earrings you are picking because they are zany crazy!!! Stickers don't hurt me, but I have a limited amount. The only thing I ordered from Temu that made me fall off my couch was a set of ice cube trays. When I got them, they fit in a dollhouse and you did say...Temu makes a lot of stuff for dollhouses. Anyway I really like you as a person, like a sister who is not there. Mine is in Oregon and we're always on the outs with each other. I appreciate the work and entertainment and tell your hubby he's a lucky guy! I’m not sure I understand what you are saying. Misty buys all items from TEMU and it is not sponsored. She definitely would not lie about any thing on any of her Channels. Many things are of her opinion but I just don’t see that she would lie about anything. I find that she is brutally honest weather you agree or not. If I misunderstood I apologize!!

Hi Misty. I love Temu too. I really like the mid century posters with the Atomic Cats, they're getting Christmas ones in, really cute. I've bought some of the diamond painting things, but just the smaller ones. And you really can't go wrong with their jewelry, I'm pretty much house bound, so I enjoy wearing the jewelry around the house just for me, makes me feel better. 😊😸😊

Get a light pad to put under your diamond paintings...makes it sooooo much easier to see the symbols, especially with tiny diamonds

Hi Misty, I loved the peek-a-boo black dress you didn't , actually looked more figure flattering but I will sew a piece, color of my choice to hide the openings and make the dress design my own. But even if you can't sew, Joann's and Temu have stitch witchery cloth-like glue you can just iron onto material to keep in place instead of sewing once you've cut a material the way you need it to fit. Thanks for the new vocab -flouncy guessed what it meant but had to google it to be sure.📣

You need to find a good seamstress. The pants can be hemmed. And the things without pockets can be altered and pockets added. Also they can take in the seams of things to big. I am also short and I need to shorten many things. Love all your videos including the stickers

I love stickers! Diamond painting got me through the Pandemic! There’s way better quality canvases than Temu-there’s tons of companies, all different prices. And anyone who DPs for any length of time buys much better pens than what you get in the kits. I don’t care for the clothes except the last 2-the black/white dress and the green flowery dress. I love all your new glasses! You are so much fun to watch Misty.

Hi Misty, 👋🏻. I have those pencils, they are great. Love the cloths and shoes, the dress with the crossed over front, I agree with you, not a good look. The one with the spotted see through was lovely but as you say maybe a size down. The 🥾 with white soles always look clunky to me, if they were all black they wouldn’t look so big. I’m 5ft 6” and black with whit sole always look chunky to me. I also got a Dimond painting from Temu, it’s a very cute turtle picture. And I got a set of coasters which I am currently working on. Nice quick to do. I am going to seal them with resin when I’m finished so the gems don’t come off when they are in use. You can also seal your painting with a couple of coats of hodgepodge which is a great idea as over time with hanging the gems can move and detach, especially in the heat. Have fun. ❤❤

The pvc pipe can be used for "e-curling". You roll the curled canvas from the wrong side of the picture. It does help to do this before framing or mounting . I've just found your channel and I've watched two already this morning. Great hauls...Thanks....🤗

I love my Temu earrings. I bought several Halloween. I always get compliments on them. Most are less than a dollar. In 1980, when I was 15, I had 4 earrings in my left ear and 1 in my right. I had fun with that.

The gel pens are special! They can be erased. Be careful not to expose them to heat as the ink will become invisible. If that has happened you can put them in the freezer for a bit and they return to normal. Perfect for writing secret messages! 😁

I agree with you on your shoe choices and the clothes as well. I have been buying the fun, wacky and mismatch earrings. I did it in the 70 and 80s and, love that it's back. I got a pair of earrings that was bacon. Got another set of fried eggs and also toast. I mismatch them. Cute!

I loved the platform sneakers on you but that is because I like chunky boots and sneakers. And you're definitely not too old for it. I'm 50 and always wear Dr Martens boots or Paladium sneakers (French brand of chunky fabric sneakers). I don't even own regular shoes except for a pair of Lotta's Clogs for summer.
