I’d LOVE to see a whole video on hacks to use for people who still want to cook but struggle!! I’d watch every one!! I know so many others that would!!

I have Asian friends and my best friend owns an Asian fusion restaurant. There is a tradition of after hours we get together and share a hot pot dinner. At her home they have the rice cooker but only use it for a hot pot. They are experts at these appliances!

You have to do 1 part rice to 2 parts liquid on the rice (not 1 to 1). :) With the chopper lid on those mandelins you gotta pop it down fast.

My other two rice cookers both use a 1:1 ratio, but i'll give it another shot. My main issue is, no matter how long you leave it on or what amount you use it doesnt shut off like the others ones I had

@@UnboxAnalysisOfficial Oh no! If it does not auto shut-off, it's a no go! That can actually be dangerous. ~ My bad, I didn't realize other rice cookers called for 1:1. The other technique many people do is the water level above the rice should be up to the first knuckle of the middle finger. Usually about 3/4 of an inch or just under an inch.
