Hi Wendy. Love that you are doing the decades! That is such a fun theme for costumes and music. For the 80's you could do a Madonna bow and mirror sunglasses, lace or mesh gloves, off the shoulder top and ruffle skirt, or maybe ripped jeans. And don't forget the neon earrings! 😄

Heck yes I had a magic 8 ball! And, you reminded me that I have a lava lamp...I must find that! So bellbottoms were borrowed from the Navy. I'm sure there was a function. What we think of as the '60s is really late '60s early '70s. The assignation of JFK changed us in so many ways (sorry Sociology major). I truly loved bellbottoms and had a pair that an uncle (WW2 era) had some tailor made gaberdines that he had for liberty and they fit me perfectly in 68ish. I love your poncho and head band!

I loved the eight ball! We had one and believed what it said 😂. I loved the slap bracelets too and what a great idea to give our to the kids. You are doing a great job on the decades. The 70's were a wide assortment of fashions. It started with the leftover hippie stuff to fishnets, mini dresses and short shorts to disco. I wore bellbottoms, platform shoes, puffy sleeved shirts with vests, babydoll tops. Oh how I loved the clothes in the 70's. Can't wait to see more! Tfs!

Can't remember the 60s but defo remember the 70s and 80s! 70s- flares, big collars, nylon, big collars, floppy hair, afros, lots of brown/orange, big florals and patterns, long dresses, disco era! 80s think Madonna- layering, neon, net gloves and tees, big hair, big earrings oversized pearls/ diamonte/ Cross pendants. Hair scarfs in a bow. Heavy make up, black eye liner, lip gloss, leg warmers! Badges and broaches, great fun 😅

Those sunglasses look like alien eyes. I was born in 1959 but the 60’s fashion went into the 70’s. Ponchos were the best. Usually they were smaller around the neck. Love the theme hauls. Have a great day ❤

I’m so glad you showed what we missed at the end of the 50’s video! Those eyelashes are hysterical! Definitely post a picture of your car for us! It’s a shame those bell bottoms were too long - they’re so pretty! I still love tie dye and my future daughter in law is definitely a hippie girl with her tie dye, being vegan and her beliefs. She’s only 25, but she is an old soul. That crown is beautiful! I love it! I have a crown that I bought from an Instagram ad and have it on my shelf in my craft room… I have a pack of the temporary tattoos, but I bought all butterflies and flowers. Yours are pretty wild!!! Are you going to wear them? That wand is fun!!! And so are the slap bracelets! I was teaching when they first came out and they ended up getting banned from the school because the kids fought over them! Plus they were made different from today’s and they were sharp on the corners and could cut you. We’re usually home for Halloween and sit outside handing out candy. We don’t get as many kids now as when my kids were little, but we have some young families move into the neighborhood, so we’re getting more kids now again. I’m an 80’s girl too! I’m a year older than you - I was born in 1968 and was in middle school, high school and college in the 80’s - it’s my favorite time period! That witches hat is awesome!! I love it!!! I love Halloweentown and the witches movies, but I don’t watch the scary, horror ones. I’m just too chicken and get nightmares. A tip for your shirt - wash it inside out and you’ll be fine. I have a bunch of t-shirts with decals on them, wash and dry them inside out and they’re perfect! No worries at all! Thanks for sharing!!! 💜💜💜

I loved growing up in the 60s & 70s! The best clothes & music! I love (d) elephant bell bottoms, wore them with stacked shoes but the pants still had to drag the ground to to be hip! We also wore sizzlers in the 70s. They were extreme mini dresses with matching "shorts". I had a pair of orange go-go boots I had to beg for. My gosh the memories! Thanks Wendy! ❤

I am up to about 20 returns to Temu. Smartwatches with fake sensors. A rug with no backing that slides all over. 6 bracelets with broken clasps. A cheap gold color necklace that turned copper in one wear. Broken purse charms and broken key chains. a car caddy that was TINY. wouldn't even stretch between seats as shown. PLASTIC curb link necklace that arrived broken and totally misrepresented. On and on. I have a small credit with them now due to more returns--and once that credit is gone I'm done. their pics are highly photoshopped. What you see you get about half the size in pic and not nearly as nice looking. Makeup full of toxic dyes and lead. Perfume with dangerous ingredients. Shirts with strangely long arms. Clothes that are too thin to wear. I hope the Temu craze is over soon and we can move on to better stores!

Hi Wendy, what a fun outfit u have on…😉let me help U how to take items that u don’t want from ur cart…if u don’t want to buy yet, u can just un-klick the check mark (on the left), it’ll still stay in the cart, but won’t be purchased, if u want to delete it for good, you go to the right where quantity is and click - minus sign it’ll ask u if u want to remove it from ur cart, so confirm it and that’s all…U can actually delete some already purchased items if u decided not to have them, just go to just purchased items and choose return items, it’s a bit confusing there, It’ll aske you to return all items, but when U click on it it’ll give u items one by one, so U can choose which one to return and they’ll credit ur TEMU account…hope it helps darling…❤️🥰🦋

Hey Wendy, love the haul. Girl you brought me back to when I was in High School. Born 59 but High School was the best. I remember when Bellbottoms came out and I wanted a pair so bad. So, I took babysitting jobs for the whole summer and, I was able to buy my first pair. Well, I ended up making more to where I was able to buy whole wardrobe. Levi Co. came out with a pair that was low cut, drawstring tied and pockets on the butt. My favorite! Believe it or not, I still have those in a chest in the attic and refuse to get rid of them along with my Peace belt, clogs, moccasins etc. Love it! Love it! Thanks for the memories.

My memories in the sixty were the 58,000 plus soldiers killed in the Vietnam War. Mothers lost their children, husband's, cousins, and brothers. That war started in 1954-1975 , it was senseless. Yes, I'm sure I wore those "hippie" clothes too. To me, what matters is to all the lives lost, including my brother. Sorry, I can't get excited about this. I probably make the younger generations mad and be banned.
