You're trippin cuz, this is very TEN coded. Taemin couldn't move like that 4:25. Taemin loves popping and he also loves the use of tension so he has this unique signature move which looks like he is vibrating while TEN likes to flow even in an almost grotesque kind of way if that's what the concept requires cuz he loves creating beautiful lines. Maybe you haven't seen Hit the Stage where Ten and Taemin both took part in. In one episode where the theme was Devil, Ten literally acted like he was possessed and twisted his body in mind-blowing ways. Taemin couldn't do such things. And yes Taemin loves dark concepts but there is usually something erotic in his approach while this mv is more of a Manga or Marvel villain origin type of thing. TEN literally created a super villain character for this mv. And Taemin is not the only artist who does dark concepts. As someone who's been into kpop since 2nd gen, as far as I could remember, it's always been a thing

regarding dark concepts I would also add Ten's drawing, they are all so dark and creepy , so it's not new to him he's always been dark ! I remember in one of superM's variety shows Mark was talking about how his drawing are sooo dark!

@@rmery13 Yeah! He even mentioned how he doesn't want to show some of his drawings cuz they looked like they were done by someone disturbed. If I remember correctly, these were drawings he made during the time he was unitless and maybe after his knee surgery when his career seemed bleak. I mean the Nightwalker concept alone is such a dark and powerful character and it's very original. Someone who could suck anyone and anything is nothing different from a black hole that could suck the biggest and brightest stars. It's a very dark power if people are to really reflect about it.. TEN is just one of those very rare people who are as bright as sunlight yet as dark as midnight. But I think he handles both the light and the darkness within him really well. As Eric Nam mentioned, people in Dive Studios all could somehow sense that Ten has such a strong solid core. So if anyone can handle and not be consumed by the darkness, it's probably Ten.

@@rmery13 also, speaking of Mark, I remember he once had a slip of the tongue and mentioned how Ten usually have nightmares and Yuta/Johnny immediately said "Mark!" In that you-better-shut-it kind of tone while TEN pretended he was totally fine. I forgot when this was but Ten was still unitless then while 127 was already regularly promoting.

Yeah it could be, taemin is his inspiration but in this comeback he really have his own style like it JUST ten and i found so refreshing ! . I love this dark concept.

I just partly agree with you that partly nightwalker Ten got some influence from Taemin, which Ten respect highly. But I think taemin dark tone bit more erotic to it but for night walker I think he go towards dark anime, us cartoonish villian style. In this album Ten put 10 different personalities of him in album. If you look 10 performance film water (latin - mysterious style) dangerous (90 MJ era)
