Learning to meditate is not always easy, nor is finding the time. We know that 10 minutes a day can make a world of difference to our stress level and overall well-being. Some people can't sit for long meditations, because it takes time to quiet the mind's chatter. This meditation is for those needing a quick ten minutes to regroup for better focus and for people learning to sit for meditations.
