Turning the heavy burden and trudging along struggling into being in alignment with our mission and bringing it to earth, grounding it and making it an awareness of action. The wands aren't heavy. You provide great observations according to the nature of the element in the suit, the numeric correspondence with the tree of life and the depiction given by the illustration. If the middle path is what you are after, there are multiple ways. I suggest, like it was to me, to find it through Lyam Thomas C.'s book: "Kabbalah, magic and the great work of self transformation". That's the way of the magus, the practitioner. Thank you

I go searching for rare birds but not hoping to randomly bump into them or chose the right weather conditions to make their occurrence more likely. Instead to use manifestation techniques and tarot to create encounters that will completely go against the Scientific doctrine that prevails in that community.
