Attached to 'bhoga' (try to enjoy the senses) and 'aishvarya' (more wealth will give more happiness) = takes ones ability to be in 'Samadhi' or fixed in consciousness. 'Sama' and 'dhira' are the basis of determination. 1) Work from your natural strength / Numerical strength - SB 1.6.26 Narada muni spoke to Vyasadev 2) Choose deliberate practice over luck / Association - Only slackers leave it to luck. Deliberate means its thoroughly considered 3) Avoid Distraction - make a list of all distractions in your life 4) Narrow your choices 5) Become deeply committed 6) Work within the laws 7) Adhere to your high personal values (E.g: avoid talking about people behind their backs, avoid politics) 8) Re-align to your practice and goals 9) Take action now 10) Don't forget the finish line -> Numerical strength and deliberately choosing association will gain determination

1:02:00 thank you for your question. Brilliant question i see. It is true how can one not be distributed by happiness. Lots of times it comes to me but sometimes i think ahh here you are hapiness not so much my real friend more like a fleeting feeling. I like the song dog days by this woman but ahe says happiness here it comes like a train on the tracks.. and to me it is so true hete it comes such a rush so overwhelming but then it is gobe anf you are left with a fleeting feeling a passing noise and vobration that slowly fades away to the nothing where it cane from. Thank you . Hare Krishna
