This is one of the best lists on a happy life ever. Utterly excellent. “Commit to something meaningless”-outstanding. “After the 40th day,” you will need to walk more to finish your thoughts. “Made up names are real names”-divine. And this time, there is a mutual glance… “And don’t find time for anything, because then that time will have passed”-I love that. Just great all around-thank you!

Thank you so much! These quick little pieces can be fun to put together, and a piece trying to express aspects of Camus' absurdism, Srartre still manages to "glance" in 😅 I am glad you liked it, thank you!

I know it's basic but going to bed early changed my life. I can never go back! Gave me big “Waste no more time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one.” vibes.

Yes, some of us still read descriptions! Also, even though I wasn't really sure what I was walking into, this did somehow make my life better. It's one of those things that deep down you know you need it, but you don't realize how much you needed it, until it appears. 😍🥰

Getting to bed as early as possible is my mantra! "With every person you will ever meet, there is a world that exists in which you do not" is so impactful, I find remembering how small I am to be really grounding. Love step 7 😉 Names - words - are all made-up anyway! Your artwork turned out amazing, I had no idea where you were going with it!

1. You’re seriously entering a “Beatles” artistic zone where each of your videos is distinctly unique and separate from the previous ones. That’s a testament to your creativity. 2. That painting is so beautiful and inspiring, and very well-balanced from a visual standpoint. I had NO idea what was happening until maybe 5 seconds before you finished it, and I loved that. 3. Let’s try to do our little project maybe in a couple of weeks? Let me know how your schedule looks like. 👍🏻

I got so drawn in by this video that I nearly missed a creative meeting this evening! For real lol Between your seamless use of multiple mediums and the words that resonated ooh so deeply with me as someone who is always reminding myself to control my caffeine intake and take more thoughtful walks and just get those 21 days out of the way all the while feeling as if I'm somehow careening into mundanity... well, I digress... wonderful words, sounds, and visuals. Cool video and definitely a lot to take on board. Been quite a challenging time though here’s to striving for that happiness and joy however we can. Btw, the riff reminds me of Where is my mind by the Pixies. Unlike many people, I do read descriptions. I didn’t click to make things better or worse, was just curious and it’s been a while since I swung around. Questioning is often a big part of what we live and how we experience it. Routines do have value though spontaneity is so magnificent. Here’s to doing what we have to do, even if that includes doing nothing.

1: I can get behind that. 2: Uh ... no? That requires going into the outside place with all the nasty "fresh" air. 3: Okay sleep is good but how much is too much? 12 hours doesn't seem enough to me. 4: There is no world in which I don't exist. Even if I'm not in somebody's life I still exist or are you trying to imply that things don't exist if you can't see them... because that's worrying. 5: My meditation is "today I will breathe". I never fail to hit my goal somehow. 6: I am committed to leaving comments on your videos and that seems pretty meaningless. 7: I fast forwarded 10 seconds. Did I miss anything? 8: Again I'm not walking anywhere and water is for weaklings. 9: I don't need courage to talk to anyone I hate people. 10;: I had something to say but i ran out of time. Don't worry about it. Love this buddy a very interesting and thought provoking listen. See isn't this last bit more boring?
