I find this video interesting as it feels like there has been a significant deterioration in services and the availability of services since it was created (certainly for younger age groups), in part exacerbated by the pandemic and brexit, but also because of the underlying issues related to central government funding of councils and specialist education. Co-production is great, but I can't help but feel it doesn't work anywhere near as well when resource scarcity increases. The 2014 reforms derived in part through co-design and collaboration with PCF's also seem to have placed greater pressure on provision just at a point when it was being significantly squeezed.
