I use Speedzone along tenacity and it usually takes care of all the other weeds! I apply them separately usually but follow directions for when and how to mix tenacity with other products.

Those were very mature weeds. Weeds are hard to kill at that stage no matter what herbicide you use.

If you read the label, it says to apply 3×3 weeks apart. That should take care of any weeds that are starting to come back and kill them again and again. Maybe you should apply again and do it 3×3 weeks apart. I would like to see how that turns out.

Yeah actually now I apply 3-4 times throughout the year. It really helps with the weed control

I eradicated spurge, which was rampant, from my lawn with Tenacity coupled with better overall lawn care (aeration, fertilization, regular watering)

My lawn is worse than yours and I just sprayed yesterday. I also added Monterey Turflon Ester Herbicide to control post emergent weeds such as clover and dandelion. Will see if it works. Thanks for your review.

Actually, you need to re-apply it after 3 weeks for optimum results. But if you to kill dandelion and crab grass but not clover, then one application will do the job. Clover is actually not bad.

Yeah you’re right. You don’t have to remove the dead weeds. New grass will quickly replace especially if you seed the area

Did you mow your lawn after a week of spraying tenacity and if not what are your thoughts on that because i plan on mowing the grass 1 week after i’ve sprayed.

I think that should be fine because Tenacity is absorbed through the leaves and once absorbed it spreads through the whole plant. So mowing and cutting off the top shouldn’t affect and one week should be more than enough. Thanks for watching!!

Yes you should be able to use in Minnesota. And yes you can use near the garden but be extra careful and prevent direct contact with your plants or the grounds that your plants are rooted in. Thanks for watching!

I just moved into a house that the yard was never maintained. I applied tenacity everywhere as described. It’s been one week and I see everything turning white but we got a lot of rain that week. Can I mow the lawn or do I have to leave it? Could I continue to water even after applying a second coat of tenacity?

Great to hear that Tenacity is working for you! You can mow the lawn. I’d say you can water the lawn on the next day after the application. This year actually it rained the next day after my application of Tenacity and I could still see weeds getting bleached and it worked. Thanks for watching!

How big is your lawn sir? how long did it take to do it? also your sprayer cant do like a fan spray? (last question) I couldn't really see the dye, was that a camera issue?

Thanks for watching. My lawn is about 6000 sq ft, it took about an hour for the whole lawn and four reloads. My sprayer can’t do fan spray but I think it worked ok. If the dye were to be seen on camera, I would have to use a lot more, maybe 6-7 teaspoons per 2 gallons. This current formula was enough to tell myself which weed I have done

The second time it didn’t bleach as much, but it did kill those left out from the first application. I think a second application 2-4 weeks apart is really helpful
