Tenant Defenses to Eviction in Ohio Failure to Print Required Language in a Conspicuous Manner

In Ohio, it isn't sufficient to simply have the required language from Ohio Revised Code Section 1923.04 on the three day notice you posted on the door. It also needs to be printed in a "conspicuous manner."
The idea is that the required language can't be hidden in the boilerplate of the notice. So the best practice is to do something to that language that makes it more noticeable than ALL of the other language on the form.
