Interesting thing, I remember this channel having another great set played by these two. It was a really close one, but Kenpi made some calls that cost him the set. And now here we are today. You can really see that Kenpi learned a lot from playing Haitani the first time.

Ken imo is top tier. He has very good attacking tools. For a start the range of his shoryuken and shinryuken is ridiculous.

You're the only person who feels that way. I main ken I'm almost super plat and he has A LOT of pitfalls. Doing what kenpi is doing in this match is extremely difficult. The single hit confirms, hp dp under fireball, the hard reads. Shinryuken works in this match up because it's projectile invincible but it's not a true anti air against jump normals. You can also only combo if you spend all your v trigger and hit on the first activation. For the range on hp DP to go under the fireball it takes a very high level of awareness with spacing as if you hit on the second hit of hp dp you don't get a knock down. It's extremely risky if your spacing is off and heavily punishable. Don't get confused, what you're looking at is a top tier player who has no life not a top tier character. Ken is mid tier to high mid tier.

If you think he has a life than look up his replays, there's hours upon hours worth everyday dude it's not like I'm talking from ignorance. Most pro players will dedicate entire days to grinding out new tech and learning matchups. How long have you been playing this game anyway?? I admire kenpi and the time he puts in, I don't say he has no life negatively simply that this is his craft.
