Finally can comment on this brilliant channel of yours. OMG. I can't take my eyes off this amazing mod 😭 Bet i'll be playing non-stop dabbling this mod after this. Please, if you can, provide a mod where we can play as Ayame on all stories mode. I cannot wait to see my Ayame kicking ass on everything. She is the best of the best 🎇

you can play as Ayame in the base game, your thinking of the original. Tenchu Wrath of Heaven is a sequel, and it featured Ayame as a playable character.

@@Jeymez ?? Yeah, what I'm saying is to play as Ayame on all story modes in Tenchu. And I've already had my fill in it, special thanks to this mod

@@IkumatsuKunoichi yeah she has her own mode, now having said that Rikamaru has the most chapters in terms of overall gameplay. Ayame's campaign is shorter, but all her chapters tie into the overall story. but the purpose of her campaign, is to fill in the blanks, of the times you don't see her when you play as him. but it also gives more insight into her as a character, and why she's there. in the original Tenchu, she was a character that you met along the way, but she wasn't playable. well after the surprising success of the first game, people got attached to Ayame and they wanted to know more about her. originally she wasn't planned to be a playable character, there original intentions was for her to be a character in the series that Rikamaru would become close with. but they originally planned for her to be a rival at first, that would later become an ally. well that does sort of play out in the first game, but it becomes more clear in the sequel Tenchu Wrath of Heaven. still that's why they both have separate modes, it's just that if you use a mod that allows her to be played in all chapters, you won't get much out of it. so since your playing in some of Rikamaru's chapters, the game even with a mod still plays out the same.

@@Jeymez I don't know why you're going to the trouble of explaining all this to me. But well, thanks for the valuable insights. Yes, she has her own mode. Still, there's nothing wrong with desiring to play as her on all modes with a mod though, for the sake of having fun. I simply like the idea of playing as her out of having fun because she's my favorite character. That was it. While I do acknowledge, that the main story of the game is entirely focused on Rikimaru and Ayame is only an instrument of his campaign. I do admit that canon-wise. Mods don't change the original course of how the game runs

@@IkumatsuKunoichi oh yeah i get what you're saying, i guess i added more than necessary. Ayame is probably one of the biggest reasons for the series success, though during the latter few games, some people felt they got stale. i think i played up to the 4th game, and there was one other one i played on 360, but i don't remember what that was called.

I certainly hope so! By the way, I was wondering. Did you modify the fatal shadows voice files in game or edit them in video? I'm trying to edit the sound effects from the SE1 file, but the Synth Editor isn't responding to the file correctly.

@@SomberTwilight_ nah i just fed some lines to an ai voice generator. Used in-game dialogue as templates and they came out like that. Pretty cool stuff i think.

One step forward graphically, 10 steps back on everything else. During stealth kills, the camera always shoots from the wrong position, many times the stealth kills are interrupted during executions, when the characters run they don't cover more than 1/4 meter for each step, and they seem impeded, the music is along the lines of the originals they don't involve, and blood dosed with the dropper. Although graphically inferior, Tenchu Stealth Assassins is far more fun and long-lasting. It’s a shame about Tesshu, he was a really interesting character.

Tenchu Stealth Assassins is awful lmao. That game is a playable alpha. I very much prefer god Tier Fatal Shadows, or Birth of the Stealth Assassins

@@SomberTwilight_ well, in that case argue, please. I have brought to attention the strengths and weaknesses of one compared to the other. What you define as “awful” for me was a true masterpiece. But I don't blame you, maybe you didn't play with it enough; it was still the middle of the 90s.

I'm not really sure. I did not make this, I was just given permission to upload this. I'm sure it's being worked on to play as Rikimaru in Tesshu stages though. I'll look into it@@kagemaruhagakure6258
