How many devices can connect with that router. Whuch have a 25mpbs of Internet like us... Becuase some of our device is auto log out with the router.. Over all device connected 9.but 3 devices are auto log out even though we know the password. Waiting for your answer.

It can handle up to 50 devices. Check your settings, both in tenda and your main router. There might be a setting there set for max device. Or could be a limitation in you ISP subscription.

How much difference did it make in terms of wifi coverage/range compare to the stock modem?

Well, the reason why I bought it in the first place is because I'm getting 1 bar to no WiFi signal in one of our rooms. That's where I put it, and I'm getting full bars now, of course, with the same maximum speed as the mother router. So, to answer your question, it's black to white difference - that's how much. 😉 Or to be more accurate... Dark gray to white difference 😁

As shown in the video. It's a very simple connection. You have 1 LAN cable (RJ45). One end is plugged to my Converge router (source) LAN 2 port, but it can be from any of the LAN 1 to LAN 4 port of the source router. Then the other end is of the LAN Cable should be plugged to the WAN port of the Tenda router. That's it. Straight forward simple connection. I can't show it in the video since my LAN cable is 10Meters long. My converge is at the ground floor, while my tenda is 2 floors up at the rooftop.

Yes. That's what I used it for. After setting it up for dynamic IP (as shown in the video) it is basically plug & play to any source router from any provider

This is just used to add a new access point. Of course you need a main router that is connected and provided by your ISP. Then you will connect this tend router to that... As shown in the video.

Yes. It is meant to extend your connection coverage. Just to be clear, this is just a router. It does NOT come with ay internet provider connections. You can use it as a new access point from your existing internet provider

You are connecting it via RJ45 (LAN cable), so you can put it as far as your LAN cable can handle.

Any update on this router? Just curious how it is performing after a year. Planning to buy one for my room. I bought a wavlink peviously and it only lasted me a year. And it seemed to be having some security issues, it slowed my phones down whenever im connected to my wavlink router. So im thinkin how tenda is with reagrds to security and such.

I believe it's only up to 100mbps support. You should always check the specs before buying.

@@cosmicsheep5143 Yes. It's a cheap router. You can buy the higher end routers they have if you want a higher max speed. Look for the specs that you need.
