Put an o-ring around each turn signal to keep them tight on the tail tidy.

The kit came with one rubber grommet unfortunately looked like one missed the packaging process so i cut one out of a rubber washer i had laying around. I would like to find some much smaller profile led blinkers for the bike in the future .......

Bikes coming along nicely can’t wait to see its final form! Man when I did a tail tidy on my Buell Cyclone M2 it was waaay more simple than the T7s…..

@@holdfast4588 yeah I couldn’t believe how much metal and plastic it took to make that stock Christmas tree set up! If the local transient scrapers only knew we’d all be walking out to missing stock tail sections after leaving these things unattended!!

@@therealtashiro this is from a company called “Nice CNC” an online purchase, their tracking is a bit sketchy at times coming from overseas but everything I’ve purchased from them has made it over with no issues on last few bikes and the quality, fit and functionality has been very impressive. Thanks for the video. Does the NiceCNC tail tidy come with install instructions? I've been looking for one that will allow the reuse of OEM blinkers or blinkers that fit the triangle port.

@@timesink101 my nice cnc kit did not come with instructions, I watched a few similar tail tidy kits to see what I was getting into and then just started removing the oem parts. The install is extremely basic the tear down is most of the work. The oem lights fit into the nice cnc bracket with help from some flat rubber washers they provide to tighten up the fitment, mine was missing one washer so I made the second one out of an extra rubber washer I had from a diy van shower project ….. The kit holds up awesome, and looks very clean …

@@Adventure_Ready_Life Thanks for the reply. My tail tidy should be delivered today. Did you have any issues with gaps (when looking from underneath) where mud/water may be able to get up into the wires? Did a search for nicecnc tail tidy and the first response was a Reddit post indicating the gaps, with a picture.

@@timesink101 there are definitely a couple small gaps on the underside and I’m gonna figure out something to fill or seal that area, I’ve ridden a few times in rain already with the kit installed and once in a storm (we get monsoon rains up here in northeast AZ) with no adverse effects so far but I did take note of the new gaps after the install ….
