A really nice hotel with a fantastic entrance hall, but at the same time an incredibly bad stretch of beach in this corner. You should know that if you decide to go on a beach holiday. In addition, the hotel seems to be frequented more or less by people over 50.

They are renovating the prom and subsequently the area round the prom at the Arona end.If you want a beach in front then it won’t be for you but having stayed in other hotels it is by far the best in the area in our opinion.Also in all the years we have been going it’s certainly getting frequented recently with a younger clientele.We are mid sixties but young at heart in fact are usually last to leave the entertainment etc.Thanks for watching

Been to Arona Gran a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. Since then, covid and away with friends to a time share apartment...BUT, back to Arona Gran in Feb , and it looks great. What do you think about the UP apartments ? Is it worth the extra?

Hi Eileen we initially were on a normal basis many years ago but tried the UP for the last four days.In all our visits since we have booked UP.The best rooms , tranquility and the extra service makes our stay.Thanks for watching

why is the bar on the first floor never opened

Hi Sandy the upstairs bar has never reopened since Covid.Speaking to some of the senior staff they have never been able to replace Jeremy after he retired, and he is now back in the UK.They have also said its very difficult to get extra staff at present and until that eases they have shelved plans to reopen the bar at present.Hope this clarifies somewhat.Thanks for watching
