If you are picking up a car from Autoreisen, you should always be speaking to them from inside the baggage claim area... there is never usually a queue on that side and there is always at least a few people waiting at the desk on the 'departures' side of the airport. Just bear it in mind for next time you arrive. Also if possible, try to leave the other person you're with to collect your luggage from the conveyor, and head straight over to the desk to beat any potential queue. Enjoy your holiday!

To be fair mate, the queue issue wasnt the staff’s fault. There was a family at the desk arguing with them over something & they weren’t letting it go. When i got there, i had about 8 people in front of me which would have been a 5-10 minute queue. But this family caused allsorts! 😆

I would do if it wasn’t 3 times the price. Sanasty just aren’t competitive enough price-wise sadly. Wait 20 mins in a queue or spend an extra £240? No-brainer. Plus autoreisen is nil deposit & very hassle-free.
