Okay it is a 5-room bto, and the suggested study area is in the master room. It's a long unit and the rooms are all long also maybe can make a window bay or relaxing area in the room

Agreed that your room is abit too "long/narrow", if you're renovating, a good option to consider is to knock down the walls and adjust the dimensions of the rooms so that each room would retain their original area/space while they become more wide/shorter instead of long/narrow.

Great suggestion, and thats exactly what we did and will be sharing more in the videos to come! But nonetheless it would have been better if we already had a wider living room so we didnt have to hack down 1 wall!😅

how come this 5 room living room looks like a 4 room instead? looks pretty small. Oh i just realised its long but not wide. But it being long, might be alot of wasted space along the length. Wide actually is better than long though.

Hi there! The number of rooms are the same actually, i.e. 3 bedrooms. It’s just that 5 room is bigger and supposedly can also have a “study room”.
