Yep. Hopefully, someone gets around to translate it. Only one Tengai game has received a fan translation, and it's Ao no Tengai for the GBA. The translator, however, had finished working on the SNES spinoff, Tengai Makyou Zero. Only thing that needs to be done is to insert that into the game (easier said).
