Rudy is unapologetically himself. Love him or hate him, he will give it to you straight. Great podcast.

Terrific show. Rudy taking me down memory lane. Ricky, you have to hire Rudy as a co-host. Just talking shit about today bullshit. Keep sharpening the knife like Steve Kim says.

Solid episode! I’m not in the boxing world so I don’t know who Rudy is. He’s honesty and brutal approach is refreshing. Awesome! We need more like him in the world. These kids would benefit from guys like him. Hey… where did you get your tatts? I’m from LA. I went to Grant HS so I know what’s up with the area. Sick podcast, man. Keep it up!

im an absolute fan of rudy's coaching. ive thought about trying to find him and having him watch me work following his techniques. but i dont plan on being a pro fighter. i just want to be an accomplished amateur. i feel like id be wasting his time. but i still do my best to consume any media of rudy and his wisdom.

Ran in/met Ricky 7 years ago and the Novo, i went for the debut of howetown Olympian, Karlos Balderas he got ring walked by Erik El Terrible Morales, idk if it was before the event or after , Ricky took pictures with me and the homie, chopped it ip for a few minutes and as he left, Mikey Garcia walked by and he and Ricky started chopping it up and i thought about asking Mikey for a pic but i was like naaa, not tryin to be a groupie haha i already talked to Ricky about boxing for a bit and the debut went well for Santa Maria's own and seeing Ricky being a humble vato is good to know, especially how some other people in boxing be.

Rudy keeps it real. RIP Genaro. Harry Kabakoff? LOL haven't heard that name years LOL. I always have to explain to my MMA friends that Rudy had a long history in Boxing before he was a UFC cutman. Jose Napoles yes great fighter but Armando Muniz got robbed against him in Mexico. Great stories.

If Margarito would have been able to go the 11th and 12th, Margarito would have knocked cotto out again or tkod him. Cotto looked similar, weary and stunned at times.

Wow, Rudy has a lot of knowledge, I do remember Rich Morrata always mentioning Rudy winning the first Forum tournament. One thing that is not true Margarito was. Kocking people out prior to the cast, he knocked out Sergio Martinez like in his twelve fight and also finished Kermit Cintron.. Chicanito was my favorite fighter, and I really think that Rudy is one of the best trainers.

Love this podcast but the host keeps interrupting every single time. Even with Chris Arreola, he just keeps interrupting and moving from one topic to another.
