Tengu has to be CL1 and Librarian CL2, you couldn't chose order until 2017 in TCG. Effects triggered "in order".

Caius would resolve with nk effect Buttttt since it was player B zero and player As mandatory effect has to be cl1 it went caius cl1 zero cl2 making caius resolve with effect but they didnt catch it so they fixxed it when they got a judge in there

Priority left beginning of Inzektor format btw. There was 2 weeks of inzektor with priority IIRC, and then YCS Chicago in March iirc was the first event post removal of turn player ignition priority.

At 29:20, the Tengu won’t actually trigger since it has to leave the field face up.

iirc back then it was ruled that it's not on board to be "removed from field" if face down unless flipped face up first. So if raigeki break'd it didn't get effect like 99 percent sure they ruled it that way, so pretty sure Caius would be the same ruling, but not 100 percent. this is sadly the only resource I can find to specify tengu in particular outside of the yugioh wiki page tcgshiyo.wordpress.com/2012/01/31/preparing-for-ycs-leipzig-misunderstood-cards/@@TheDBGrinder

red player playing so sloppy they need to be talked to by an admin imo. Not accusing for cheating but money match + constant sloppy play/missed windows and takebacks causes issues that shouldn’t be there in this environment.

TBF , if the opponent called judge for any of those they woulda won the call. if the opponent allows takebacks then its fine

once is already too much , if i setup a field and drop maxx c on your turn the game is instantly over

Main 3 Maxx c isn't the better way imo in tengu.probably 2 is better. Hero beat is one of the best decks in the format, consistent and shining is a real boss. Superpoly is insane in this format too
