+Intelligenkeit Anime is called Tenjou Tenge as shown in the description and is indeed from Japan. It's a bit of an older Anime but I recommend reading the manga once you're done with the Anime. Enjoy.

Acually the blonde dude is like the opposite of a super sayin is hair turns black when he opens a gate can't remember but it reminded me of Dbz and naruto but more brutel fighting and sexier woman but the fighting is pretty bad ass and I am a really hardcore dbz fan and it's up there with it in my opinion.
