Unfortunately, it would have to be done via Emulator I believe. I'm not too familiar with modding on Emulator, but I'm positive you could find tutorials on how to get BT3 up and running with mods :]

It was only after hearing the dialogue of Jaco on here that I realise he is really, REALLY bad at his job. His job was to keep the planet free of Saiyans. Baby Goku, Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta, Vegeta for a second time, and Goku for a second time. If you count all of that he failed his job 5 times!!
