I have this unit, its a good scrubber, i use it in drug store and veteran settings... only issue for me is how fragile this scrubber is, one wrong move and you could be spending large $$$ to fix it... so if you have staff using this you might want to look at a more traditional floor scrubber, but thankfully this is my personal machine so i know its in good hands..

He hasn't said to mop the floor prior to using the machine...only sweeping the floor.
