Some years back my youngest was watching a cartoon called the regular show. I come walking in and looked at it for a minute and then asked "what are you watching?" He said "its the regular show - isnt it great?" To which I replied "this makes Rocky and Bullwinkle seem like an educational show"

Bradley Bolke was a dear friend of mine. He had an odd sense of humor but a welcomed one. He was still driving until his death. I was with Bradley every day for years and at 49 I will never ever forget him.

I forgot about these until I binged Pepper Ann on Disney+ recently. He played her principal on there, and I decided to look at his filmography after watching it. He had a cool voice. I remember watching this on Nickelodeon now, along with Inspector Gadget and Get Smart on Nick at Nite. I miss Don Adams

When Don Adams did the voice for this he was also doing "Get Smart"--the "mega salaries" that stars of sitcoms make now didn't exist then-as a result Mr. Adams had to supplement his salary doing this too

Actually, he started voicing Tennesse Tuxedo in 1963, two whole years before Get Smart debuted. And Tennesse ended its run in 1966, while Get Smart was still in its first season.

You're right, being friendly with animals, especially when you're a zookeper or the police will put You on jail because the animal cruelty is a serious crime in the U.S.A. (country where this cartoon was created), i know this is a cartoon show but even in animations like this one, animal cruelty is painful and unfunny, and Stanley will be put on jail if Stanley mistreat Tennessee and Chumley in public

Why is this considered the best episode? They did a great job @ teaching you where vegetables come from, how to start a garden, and encouraging kids to want vegetables. Kinda weird a penguin would want vegetables, but it was funny.

Did anyone catch the adult humor, this episode? The 3D Blackboard showed a man sowing seeds. The bag was labeled 'Wild Oats'. For those of you youngsters, 'sowing wild oats' is slang for....umm 🤭
