GBO!!! It's a shame that a team has to place so much focus on keeping talent versus recruiting talent. The transfer portal should be better managed by the NCAA.

Agreed. Should be a two-year minimum required stay once you transfer to a team (unless you go to NFL or graduate). Being able to transfer to a school and then transfer out the following season is just bad. Also need to institute a salary cap. Being able to give limitless $$ is destroying small programs.
