I have a brother that is a disgraced deputy that was fired and charged with stalking and few other things should have been more, but him and his coworkers would make bets at beggings of shifts anywhere from how many dogs they could kill by end of shift to how many black people they could set up and arrest hearing the recordings of these guys reminds me of that it’s sickening how they all think, cops are not there to protect anything but themselves and the government they earn the hate daily…

A big part of the problem is their conduct record is not passed on to the next employer. Imagine I work at McDonald's I get drunk I still I do something really screwed up and that particular McDonald's franchise fires me.
