Knoxville has no clue as to what Coach Kim is about to unleash on Rocky Top Only a handful of teams run "The System" and it's mostly smaller colleges and high schools, as it has never before been implemented at a major program like Tennessee She's 35 yrs old w/ a winning record of 217-31 (.875) and now has the resources to get the top recruits in the country to come play for her Kim Caldwell has the potential to be Danny White's best hire, because at a young age she's already very accomplished and I believe she's eventually gonna play a role in revolutionizing women's basketball with her style of play

UT doesn't have a Rickea Jackson caliber player this season to carry them, but I expect this team to finish in the top 4-5 behind SC, Texas, LSU, and Kentucky. Kelly Harper 2.0 until she can prove better results in Knoxville.

Yo, Cooter you sound like you have zero idea about this team or what Caldwell demands. She doesn't have divas or drama. This is a true TEAM where each person is responsible for everything on the floor. Everyone must embrace a coaching mindset. They are a conditioned, well-oiled, hustle machine with heart and effort. Keep acting like the "expert." I will come back and laugh at your comment later in the season.

I don’t think this type of offense requires one dominant player that gets the ball all the time. It truly is a team concept that is open and free. They won’t be standing around half court watching one player like they did with rickea
