*UPDATE* Big thanks to my current supporters that helped with this. I'm currently not taking any more donations, we've enough for several more runs for now. Should this change I will keep you updated. I've run 5 car loads to various towns. I took video of the areas affected. It's rough up there but let me tell you these people are TOUGH. I'm just the shopper and delivery guy, it's you all donating that's making the difference so THANK YOU! Receipts and goods posted on betterbachelor.locals.com. 100% of ANY funds I received this week are going to them, no need to earmark them as donations.

I couldn't afford to buy anything new or really afford to get another vehicle. The feeling get kept stronger, so I took money out of my emergency fund and found a beater truck. Whatever source/energy/ entity that told me to get a truck was right. I now have the ability to go off road as needed. With this last storm, I still was able to get to town to get supplies and to go to work.

The water is heated by the sun. Its warm. The water does have to be pumped up to a tank and then gravity does the rest. Most of the people I know and some I don't have used it. I am proud of my county. We come together and we are there for each other in times of need. Also, the truck stops at exit 36 offer showers to Greene county residents. Some are free. Others are $5. @user-ch9if6px6r Stop telling these people you "know the drill." This hurricane was twice the size of Katrina. Until Florida has seen a 40 trillion gallon deluge or mudslides hurtling down mountainsides to crush everything in their paths, you can get some humility. And plenty of people from these areas have come on social media to say they haven't seen one sign of the government a week into this disaster. Biden just said on video that his admin has given all the money it's going to. AFTER shoveling another billion to Zelensky. Mayorkas just said they're running out of money for disaster relief. That's because this traitor regime has bankrupted this country on illegals and Ukraine. OF COURSE we don't have any left for our own people. Priorities!

what that is, is the 'ok we defeated our common enemy, lets go back to fighting among ourselves' which is what the dems did when they thought every election from now on would elect a dem. Demographics were on their side, after all. But then HE came along. A dem from the start, he was told that, no, hillary and obama were going to fight it out and he would have to run on the other side. Obama won and hillary found out that he applied to harvard as a kenyan. She did not know that the colleges were racist and would only take foreign blacks for their affirmative action quotas. She started questioning his ability to be president. She was quickly silenced about it by ppl in the know regarding colleges, but HE wouldn't shut up about it. HE got the same information. HE was never told it was a real problem with colleges. Apparently all the dirty little secrets run with the dirty little ppl and not the honest ones.

I'm not a hillbilly from Tennessee but I grew up dirt poor on a farm and still struggle to rub two nickels together. When we had our ice storm 25 years ago this is what rural folks did. It was Canadian winter, and we donated generators, gasoline, diesel, propane heaters, and volunteers would run them up to the checkpoints set up at the edge of the affected areas and the army would deliver them in on tracked vehicles. It was a very well coordinated effort. Even in the township I live in when a tree comes down farmers just go out with a chainsaw and a tractor and deal with it so people can get out. I spent a day with a chainsaw and a team of horses clearing a remote private dirt road of downed trees after a derecho a few years ago as the govt wouldn't help. Prayers for everyone working hard.

I'm in NJ and it hurts to see so many homes lost and so many lives literally wiped off the map. I'm grateful for every video someone posts showing they're helping or just filming the destruction and showing how much the roads have been cleared to the best of everyone's ability to gain access to everyone who clearly is in need of essentials. The failure was so epic it was noted in “Live free or Die Hard” “It took FEMA 5 days to get water to the SuperDome.” 2007 only 3 years after Katrina 2004

Of course the Fed isn’t in a rush to send help, these areas voted for the other guy!

It kills me how everybody wants small government, and nobody wants a handout. Then they sit here and piss and moan that somebody didn't bail them out. Some people just want to complain. Shut up help yourself don't accept any handouts from any government, You finally get the experience how you want it.

These folks are awesome . These are the people that when the tough times come the tough get going. I know I am one myself but from in the Appalachian mountains of Pennsylvania. I’ve been through 3 floods in my life time living there. I no longer live in the area but, I sure do miss these type people and thoes mountains. God bless them all and all who are volunteering aid , money, vehicles, and of themselves.
