What an incredible cave, so much mud and some scary traversing. Beautiful Flowstone and Formations. I love to watch your videos, they are entertaining.

Hey thanks!! I appreciate you watching, yeah this cave was BEAUTIFUL!

I love that texture of mud that absorbs a rock with very little sound. When you toss a rock into a dark hole, everyone assumes the bottomless pit. The pit can only be 10 feet deep, but no one can tell.

Haha yeah that mud layer plays a big part in sound deadening, probably why I like muddy caves so much lol

Even aside from the title - that is one strange, scary place. You are all so brave.

Beautiful cave, but the muddy traverse over that chasm was insanely sketch, even with the handline. Great adventure.

Haha Alex's big butt got stuck. Awesome cave and epic mud slides. That water crawl looked like hell and poor Cade got soaked 😛. Yall stay safe 💓 Oh yeah I heard Academy Sports and Outdoors has some great shoes for fantastic prices 😊

Big head* 🤣 and yeah this was the cave that got my water mojo back!! And great to know, I’ve been using the REI co-op for shoes to destroy but they’re so hit or miss
@MFL19856 ай бұрын
@@Mineral_dude I'm glad you got your MOJO back for water caves. Thanks for showing us when yall pulled big head out lol since Cade left it out on his vid 😄. And if caving destroys shoe like that then I might need to get a new pair 😁

absolutely gnarly video - curious question: do y'all pack out trash you find in the caves (like the capri suns) or is there a reason to leave it?

On a real note we just recently went to a cave that made us all feel very on edge like it was haunted.. I don’t really play into that shit much but this one was definitely weird
@foxsicle6 ай бұрын
@@Mineral_dude Oooh...! That sounds interesting. I mean, at this point it feels weird ( or disappointing? ) you *haven't* encountered anything extraordinarily creepy. Something about being so deep in the bowels of the earth and your life in your hands, some spookiness seems warranted. lol.

The title sounds promising :D Edit: Somewhere I've the feeling we didn't see the lowest point of that cave system. I mean I expect to see a river or a lake there.

Satanic panic. 🤘 Neat cave!
@Sercer256 ай бұрын
Was never a panic, there was a lot of legitimacy when it was going on back in the 80's/90's. The real panic wasn't about nerds going out in the woods with an already dead chicken. Thats just what they made it seem like it was.

32 feet per second
@Mineral_dude6 ай бұрын
Wrong, I don’t really understand how nobody knows the correct formula for this - myself included (obviously different aspects come to play like weight and density but still there should be a average formula you can use to determine imo) what I know is fact because I have experienced it myself is a rock down fantastic pit (586 feet) is a 7 second on average fall. Basic division says that it’s roughly 85 feet a second
@c3h84ever6 ай бұрын
Check out Omni Calculator its 32.17*** per second at a specific gravity of 1 You can calculate the depth of the pit.. I'm not trying to debate about it.. Your videos are great, wish I was younger and lived in an area that had these natural caves .. Where I am its nothing but mines.. Was thinking about a motorized acsender!!
