The Tennessee Titans selected linebacker Cedric Gray in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft and Gray has the ability to come in right away as a day-one starter with three-down ability. Gray combines great range with good awareness that allows him to factor in the run game and the pass game. However, Gray doesn't play an overly physical style and will need to bulk up and develop his hands at the next level.
