@@Blakestefer you haven't been paying attention then. If this was the Chargers of last year or two, I would guarantee a loss to the Titans here. Defense is basically the same personnel and the offense regressed a bit, but they play completely different. Herbert doesn't have to sling it 35 plus a game to keep it close, pretty much what he had to do since the defense was atrocious. Now, the defense is playing lights out and seem to not have too many holes in Minter's schemes.

I am a Pats fan who is very happy with our new QB and I believe he'll be great after a few years in the league. But....I really had hoped Robert Craft would make Justin Herbert an offer he couldn't refuse. That'd mean the Pats have a bonafide 'A' grade QB and a very good first year understudy, who I believe is very similar in style and ability, to learn under a truly great QB. Oh well.
