Hey Darren, how long does your machine last on the court? My 4 months old slinger bag only last 40 minutes. Slinger wants me to buy another battery because they said battery is not under warranty even if the battery was defective that came with the machine. Pretty great customer service don't you think?

Hi Darren, Yes, I had to wait a month because it was out of stock but finally got it and the machine runs like it supposed to. Unbelievable that they won't stand up to something that was obviously faulty. Furthermore, my negative posts have gotten responses from viewers that are shying away from Slinger because of my experience. I have better things to do than to post negative experiences with a company but when a company is this irresponsible. I don't want others to suffer through the same BS I did.
