Hey Patrick, Love your instagram short lessons. Those tips have helped me a lot so really appreciate it. Since your school is affiliated with Slinger thought I give you an update on my slinger bag experience. After my first slinger motor broke and many email exchanges later, they finally sent me a replacement 3 months ago and guess what? now the battery won't hold charge for more than 40 minutes. I didn't have any battery issues with my first bag and the website said it should last up to 3.5 hours. I'm sure you have a slinger bag and know how long the battery usually last. They said the battery is not under warranty. I totally understand that battery is a tricky thing to warranty given it may be abused by the owner depending on how its kept, etc. but 3 months? really? Your friends at Slinger still has work to do. Its probably why the battery is completely sold out on their website.

Hey Patrick, love your advice. I got a slinger about a year ago. It broke. I emailed Slinger. They try to tell me its the charger but its not. After I sent them the video of the malfunction. They stopped responding to me. I tried calling and no one responds. None of the lines responds. Customer support, marketing, operations - no one picks up. You should be careful with product endorsement because this company does not stand behind its product even when its under warranty.

I'm curious to know whether you had our Slinger issue resolved yet? Did it break within the warranty period or after?

@@wristpresence___ Hi Patrick, thanks for the follow up. the machine was less than a year old! I registered it so per their policy, I have a three year warranty. After threatening social media blitz and a lawsuit, they finally responded and I got a new machine and I returned the broken one. I should not have to go through all of this for a machine that broke under warranty.
