Those people you talk about are mostly salty Fedal lovers. "Nothing outrageous in his game, aways pretty predictable, which is good, 1st time we played, I never thought in my wildest dreams I was gonna lose against Novak Djokovic..." - When Roger Federer analyzed Novak Djokovic's game after 1st loss to Serb This was pretty pitiful, disrespectful and unsportsmanlike coming from one such a champion... - This was back in 2007, Roger was 26 and he was talking after the loss from Nole, about young 19y old tennis star Novak at that time... - Bad vibe by a champion Novak could never make such petty comments on his current young rivals (Medvedev, Alcaraz, Sinner,...) I will never understand how Federer might consider as a model of modesty and class when he often criticized his opponents. He was a condescending and insulting player, particularly when he was challenged and defeated.

Yes, he didn’t impress much with his behavior in the pandemic, but apart of this the guy is extremely smart and humble. Who would believe that he is still dominating in a time where guys like Alcaraz and Sinner are playing? I only saw he playing once live, against Federer in the David cup, when he was quite unknown.
